From my previous post copied from www.cagayandeoro.gov.ph
"The first district councilors include Alfonso Goking, President Elipe, Ian Mark Nacaya, Teodulfo Lao, Jr., Reynaldo Advincula, Ramon Tabor, Alexander Dacer and Emmanuel Abejuela while the second district councilors are Caesar Ian Acenas, Alden Bacal, Simeon Licayan, Zaldy Ocon, Roger Abaday, Adrian Barba, Dante Pajo and Mary Cor Calizo."
Goking, Elipe, etc. should be the second district councilors while Acenas, Bacal, etc. are the first district councilors.
